I want to share a great bodybuilding meal that I often have. Definitely not one for the Instagram shot. Its super quick, super easy and very tasty. Sometimes we have time to make a beautiful bodybuilding meal with stuff like "ingredients"(?) etc but sometimes we have to just get the right nutrients in fast.
Tin of tuna, tub of cottage cheese, tin of corn (or some cherry toms) and a splash of Balsamic Vinegar. Slop it all into a tupperware, mix it up and scoff it down. Nutritious, delicious and quick and easy.
Job done.
