We start this blog with an iconic photo of bodybuildings (and my) main man!!! There are many reasons to love this photo Firstly,what a classic Arnold pose! The Archer is a pose that Arnold loved, it captures his best attributes, namely ARMS and CHEST!! Certainly when i was a teenager growing up and building muscle who cared about rear delts and hamstrings? ARMS and CHEST baby!!!
Also, this photo was taken on Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, the country of my birth, making this photo all the more special.
